Internship in Client Engagement, Student Counseling & Marketing Support

About Us

Expert Tours is a dynamic, customer-focused travel agency offering exceptional travel experiences. We are looking for a passionate and well-organized intern to assist with client management and support our growing outreach initiatives, particularly in the student travel segment.

Key Responsibilities

I. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Support in maintaining and nurturing positive relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Interact with clients both online and in person to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Assist with daily interactions involving students and young travelers, offering clear guidance on travel packages, study tours, and educational trips.

II. Student Counseling & Support

  • Guide students and young clients through travel options, documentation requirements, and booking processes.
  • Assist students interested in educational or cultural tours organized by Expert Tours.
  • Help create engaging travel proposals and offers tailored to student groups or academic institutions.

III. Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Help track inquiries and follow up with leads as part of broader outreach activities.
  • Accompany senior team members during visits to educational institutions or meetings with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (final-year students are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Organized, enthusiastic, and eager to engage professionally with clients.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, counseling, or client-facing roles will be considered an advantage.
