Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Executive to join our Ticketing & Visa Processing team. If you have a background in travel services and are passionate about delivering exceptional client support, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Book air tickets for individual and corporate clients (B2C/B2B)
Process tourist and student visa applications accurately and efficiently
Maintain communication with clients, embassies, and airlines
Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up throughout the visa/ticketing process
Requirements:
Prior experience in a travel agency or visa processing is preferred
Proficient in English and Bengali (spoken and written)
Familiarity with GDS platforms like Sabre or Amadeus is an added advantage
Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and teamwork
